1. What topics will be covered in each class? The topics for each class are listed on the calendar available on our website. This ensures that you can plan ahead and choose the sessions that best align with your needs.
2. The topics are different from what my child is currently learning in class. Is this still helpful? Absolutely! Anytime your child practices math, they strengthen their skills, which translates to improved performance in other areas. Additionally, our classes cover major topics that often recur throughout the school year and in future math courses, providing a solid foundation for success.
3. Is there a cap on the number of students in each class? Currently, there is no limit on the number of students per class. This approach ensures that every student has access to the sessions they need. As we grow, we will evaluate enrollment and add more classes to maintain an optimal learning environment and keep class sizes manageable.
4. What does a class look like? We believe that math is best learned by doing math. During each session, students are presented with problems and encouraged to solve them alongside the instructor. Students are welcome to ask questions if they need clarification or assistance. However, if a student prefers to work quietly and listen, that’s perfectly fine too. Our goal is to create a supportive and flexible environment for all learners.
5. Where are classes held? Classes are conducted online via Zoom. Once enrolled, you’ll receive access to the Zoom link through our website at mathmindchallenge.com.
